Things in Killer Bee's pocket : Gyuuki, the eight blades and his jutsus
Restrictions : A rhyming poetry book

Things in Naruto's pocket : Half Kurama and his jutsus including Sage mode. Kurama is friendly with Naruto.
Restrictions : Naruto doesn't have all those modes shown in the manga during the war arc. He can transform into Bijuu mode version 1 and version 2 just like Killer Bee. No shining and glowing stuff.

Intentions : Complete Killing Machines

He can either avoid them with SM or he goes, four tails and above, since Oro's snake sword couldn't pierce through Naruto's skin.

Wait, couldn't naruto simply enter SBM and overwhelm bee with both Speed and reflex? Bee would never be able to hit naruto, and as soon as they enter full beast mode, Naruto clearly has the upper hand...
