Its a battle of the beasties people, no rules, no quarter given, a battle to the death
Narutos got the speed, bee has the power (as in physical power), it all comes down to who decides to go all out first and who is more observant and wily
Naruto has more chakra, bee has a larger variety of jutsu, its all about knowing when to use what
I honestly couldnt call this one, I know there are many more factors to the equation, but I think bee's taijutsu (which he was owning suigetsu, juugo, and sasuke with) and his 8 swords give him the slight advantage (remember, he had all but killed sasuke with his speedy sword attacks, meaning the sharingan couldn't track him, meaning its doubtful narutos eyes could either)
