the only advantage killer bee has is tbb

naruto can end it pretty fast with km mode

naruto. probably.....but bee does have samahada and also he can control his beast form and has tbb....so.......

Naruto has more chakra and power but he lacks the combat experience and knowledge that Bee has.

Also, Bee has Samehada which can absorb chunks of chakra from Naruto at a time, plus he can transform into Hachibi and use TBB - something Naruto isn't able to do yet
