When Naruto gets more experience as the "perfect Jinchuriki", he will manage to defeat Killer Bee with high difficulty.

Killer b also has TBB which is has incredibly long and wide range.
Killer b's base is stronger than Naruto's thanks to swords.
Version 2 can beat SM and version 2 is fast enough to dodge rasen shuriken.
full 8-tails can beat KM.
Samehada can also absorb 7-chakra tails at a time so if Nauto goes any number of tail less than 7 than he will revert back to normal.

Naruto wins, since the samehada cannot absorb and transfer SM chakra to the user, also naruto is a little more powerful i think, but it will still be an epic battle.

Killer bee can win, i think if kiler bee goes full tailed beast using TBB he would win but not sure.
