Personally i think Naruto, he beat Pain when he Was new to sage mode, now he has both sage mode and kyuubi mode with the speed of the yello flash!

Exactly, Sasuke with a 3 tomoe Sharingan was able to surpress the fox, and Itachi has Mangekyou. But Naruto isn't that dumb.

if naruto is dumb he would not have been able to master jutsus.plus naruto would win bcuz of km,itachi can't supress the nine tails charka unless he puts him under a genjutsu.Naruto wins this.

I wouldn´t call naruto dumb, he can surprise even the most smartest ninja in battle and the kyuubi is already surpressed, he´s taken its chakra, the kyuubi itself is restrained so nothing itachi does with his sharingan would affect narutos kyuubi mode.

Naruto is just overpowered, with huge chakra reserves/speed/strength. He's more like a dbz character than a naruto character. Winning a fight isnt just about these things. Naruto has a better chance in km and that in itself is a slim chance

Naruto has outsmarted many intelligent opponents. Itachi cannot surpress naruto's KM mode since naruto has control over the chakra.

Only chance Itachi has is his Ms techniques, since Ninjutsu and taijutsu is useless against KM Naruto.

The kyuubi's chakra is flowing in him at km so genjutsu wud not work since a different chakra source keeps flowing.

Naruto can dodge all of his attacks.

His massive chakra can have him spam rasenshurikens.

Itachi wud run out of susanoo

Conclusion- Great fight but most likely Itachi loses.
