I don't know. Sasuke proved over and over that weak genjutsu can easily win battles. Even Tobi stated this same thing. He can probably use a genjutsu to trick Naruto into thinking hes still in SM and own the hell out of him. Matches like these you can't really call them.

As soon as the battle starts Naruto spams hundreds of clones

and while itachi is fighting them, naruto will hide and enter sage mode,

he has shown that all he needs is 30 seconds or up to a minute of stillness

after that, its over for itachi

actually when naruto is on SM Genjutsu has no effect.. but Itachi has Amateratsu which is very fast and naruto doesn't realizes that he is dead

In the tittle says that itachi doesn't have MS which means that he can't use amaterasu in this fight, If I remember correctly you can only use amaterasu if you have MS or EMS.
