I think the smartest thing Goku did was the 2 kamehame waves under water against Freiza. Although it only got 1 real hit on Frieza, it wasn't battle turning like what Naruto can do.

Goku is definitely dumber, he so dumb he makes top ten in anime history for being one of, or if already not the dumbest character i've ever seen.Naruto actually isn't dumb he just refuses to think outside the box.

And in eating naruto can eat a lot of ramen but he has his limits, while goku can eat a whole table full of food.
