If naruto can pop all his summons in scenario 1, then naruto. if not gaara. naruto for the 2nd, KM is too fast too catch not to mention his like close to unlimited supply of chakra from kurama

Have you guys seen how fast Naruto (not his clones) can enter Sage Mode now?

Look at when he met Iruka on the island turtle.

Anyway, I think Naruto can win both because I don't see Gaara's sand being a good enough defense against a RasenShuriken. Maybe the "mother" defense that he used against Madara, but it's still unsure if Yasaka's Magatama or RS would do better against it.
