Naruto wins easy for me... even though war arc was devastating but i think compared to one piece and DB, it still wins....

Naruto has better plot (oda has less plotholes though) but IMO naruto characters are more realistic, and the powers are better, battle of brains (shikamaru etc), diverse fighting style, art all goes to naruto
