Early Shippuden Naruto can only win by triggering a dangerous level of Kurama.

Sage Mode Naruto can win, especially with his summons BUT there's no guarantee that he'll know to evade the ink seal once Danzo is dying. Even a little ink and his headstrong ass is done for also. And we all know Naruto likes his dramatic speeches and stances, I can very easily see a tired Naruto using his dramatic finisher like usual and not expecting more.
