i don't understand the restrictions does this mean naruto cant use kurama's chakra at all? if so then naruto summons bunta then gets into sage mode in a few seconds while bunta holds off killer be, while in sage mode he summons ma and pa since he's peace with kurama they fuse and then naruto will be able to absorb sage chakra while moving. naruto does multi sage clone jutsu then the clones proceed to overwhelm and eventually kill killerbee. or ma and pa can use frog call genjutsu
If naruto can't fuse with the toads then he gets into sage mode after summoning bunta then makes to clones to buy him time while ma and pa prepare frog call.
anyway there are many ways to kill killerbee, mostly because of sage sensing, sage speed, frog call, the help of 2 sage clones , rasenshuriken and cho odama rasengan.
just replay the fight against pain in your head and put a base bee in pains position do you really think he can win? although i admit samehada will be annoying but since it cant absorb chakra from all sides the use of sage clones will counter this problem.
if naruto can fuse with the toads (i think he can) then he wins low-mid diff f he cant fuse then mid-high diff
