base naruto has access to all of Kurama's chakra, he can just spam endless armies of clones using giant rasengans all day long till Ei either gets tired of using V2 shunshins to dodge and blitz or he gets killed.

3rd raikage is stronger than Ei, and SM Naruto easily defeats sandaime raikage w/o intel on his power with double rasenshuriken or frog song.

SM Naruto can fuse with ma and pa, and has access to all of kurama's chakra. He stomps Ei.
