This Naruto has the powers of the 1-9 tails( Shukaku's sand, Two Tails's fire and cat attacks(claws, etc) Three Tails rolling ball, water mirrior, coral, other abilities, Four Tails Lava style, 5 Tails brute force, Six Tails Acidic gas and slime and bubbles, Seven Tails Sprinkles and Flight, Eight Tail's ink and tenticales, Kyuubi powers. He can use Bijuu Mode to incorporate these powers as well as base like in the spoiler. He has Bijuu Sage Mode as well with the powers.
All Akatuski. Sasori starts in human puppet form with all 300 human puppets, 3rd Kazekage, poision Hiruko and can perfectly control them. Kakuzu is in perfect state with all his masks and is i Earth Grudge form, Kisame has a water dome ready and can access Shark mode. Nagato and Itachi are perfectly healthy. Obito is in perfect health with a Rinnegan.
Round 1: Naruto is in Kyuubi Sage Mode(still has the other powers)
Round 2: Bijuu Sage Mode.
