As a character, I like Aang more than Naruto (dont really like Naruto tbh.)

In a fight, I'd say Aang as well (under the assumption that Avatar State Aang can bloodbend, if he chooses to).

Very true. For someone like Aang who has no experience fighting ninjas, the blood bend option in the avatar state would prove to be most effective.

Sage Naruto can beat Aang with high difficulty. Benders in avatar are a lot weaker than Naruto characters, keep that in mind.

Temari's wind is probably stronger than any airbender in Avatar which shows you how OP Naruto characters are compared to Avatar characters.
