Naruto vs 3rd hokage

What if Naruto fights the 3rd right now, Naruto can use sage mode and kyuubi mode but he can't use any summons, and in kyuubi mode he can only use his speed and his jutsus but not the tail beast bomb and SM and KM are not combined by the way but he can switch from one to the other, and the 3rd can use all of his techniques.

Why shouldn't KM and SM be combined? That makes Rikudou Sennin Mode (RS), right?

Naruto would destroy the 3rd. I'm all for hype, but until the 3rd justifies it then I can't pick him to beat Naruto. The feats he has showed would be nothing to sm and km Naruto.
