Lord Orochimaru first:
Name: Orochimaru
Type of character : Villain
Goal : Become immortal and learn all jutsus.
Orochimaru (大蛇丸, Orochimaru) is one of Konohagakure's legendary Sannin, he possesses a complex personality, however more often than not he was described as twisted by a large number of people, including Tsunade. Jiraiya speculated that this was due to the fact that both of his parents died when he was at a very young age.An aspect of Orochimaru's personality is also his greatest weakness: his arrogance. He truly believed he is immortal at times, attacking recklessly against powerful opponents such as his former teacher.Being one of the legendary Sannin, as well as a former member of the S-rank criminal organisation Akatsuki, Orochimaru is an extraordinarily powerful ninja, being Kage-level in his own right. Even among the Sannin, he was the one who originally stood out for individual ability.
My rant : 8.5/10, I like Orochimaru because unlike all other Naruto villains he has a selfish desire, I always found him an interesting character and villain.Another thing that made him interesting is that he was able to do anything to accomplish his goal.
Madara Uchiha
Name: Madara

Goal: create a perfect world using infinite tsukuyomi.
Madara Uchiha (うちはマダラ, Uchiha Madara) was a legendary leader of the Uchiha clan. He founded Konohagakure alongside his rival, Hashirama Senju, with the intention of beginning an era of peace. When the two couldn't agree how to achieve that peace, they fought for control of the village and Madara was thought to have died at what would become known as the Valley of the End. He rewrote his death and went into hiding to work on his plans. Madara's childhood was a product of the times he lived in: the constant fighting made him a perfectionist that would keep at something until he mastered it.Madara was recognised as the most powerful member of the Uchiha clan and one of the most gifted shinobi in history.
My rant: 7.5/10. Madara is a badass villain, he is cool and all, but I really dislike his "I want to change the world for better" villainy. I dont find him such a great villain. Thats because the goal plays an important role in a villain, I dont want some "I wanna make the world a better place type of villain, and thats what I dislike about Madara.
Pain/Nagato
Name: Nagato
Character type: villain
Goal: create a powerful weapon to stop the conflict in the shinobi world.
Nagato (長門, Nagato) grew up in Amegakure during the Second Shinobi World War. Orphaned by the conflict, Nagato banded together with his fellow war-orphans to form Akatsuki, an organisation whose goals were to stop the endless cycles of death. After his friend and leader, Yahiko, was killed for preaching peace, Nagato became convinced the world would never stop fighting willingly unless it knew what true pain is. He adopted the alias of Pain (ペイン, Pein) and began leading Akatsuki in an effort to force the world into a state of peace through fear of destruction by Akatsuki's hand.As a child, Nagato was a sensitive, kind boy, prone to crying, and was traumatised by the idea of killing others, even if it was to save his friend Yahiko. Scared and unsure of his place in the world, he desired to help those he cared about, but never knew how. He was consistently respectful and kind to Konan, who he claimed to be his "angel" in Amegakure. He was shown protecting her, without request or hesitation from Jiraiya before his battle with his former teacher. Apparently, she was the only Akatsuki member that addressed him by name. He was aware of Konan's feelings towards Yahiko and left them alone to have personal time together.
My rant: 8/10. Even though I hate his "peace" obsession, I find him a good villain, better than Madara IMO.
If he wouldnt fall to TNJ I think he would have been better IMO.

Name: Obito
Character type: villain
Goal: create a perfect world using Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Obito Uchiha (うちはオビト, Uchiha Obito) was a chūnin of Konohagakure who was believed to have died during the Third Shinobi World War, but in truth survived with the help of Madara Uchiha. Distraught by the death of the girl he loved, he became a missing-nin and dedicated his life to ending world conflict, using Madara's identity as well the alias Tobi (トビ, Tobi). For years, Obito manipulated Akatsuki from the shadows to further his ambitions before eventually going public with his agenda and starting the Fourth Shinobi World War. Despite being a b*tch obsessed with Rin, Obito was a little manipulator, either by subtly corrupting his targets' own goals, omitting parts of stories or events to his own benefit as he did with Sasuke, or by appearing to share their beliefs. As Madara taught him, Obito took advantage of the darkness within his targets' hearts to control them, best seen in the existence of Akatsuki with its wildly differing members working together because they believed the organisation furthered their own ends, while in actuality, they served as mere tools to further Obito's agenda.
My rant: 5/10. Not only because he wants peace (a thing I hate about villains) but he whines about Rin, even though being an adult, he still has a crush about a little girl who gave no shit about him whatsoever, an object of asspulls too.
Kaguya and Black zetsu (her mind)
Name: Kaguya
Type of characters: villains
Goal: turn people into white zetsus, get all chakra for herself.
Even thought she should have remained an ancient being, Kishi wakes up one day and decides to asspull Kaguya and make a fodder one of the most important characters in the series, she takes over Madara and now she (hopefully not) is the final villain.
My rant: 0/10. I dont need to say anything
Create your perfect villain: Madaras power and design combined with Orochimarus mindset and intentions would make a perfect villain IMO. 10/10
