Naruto versus Maito Gai

Here are the rules.

The Stats
Environment: open field kind of like the one Lee and kimimaru were fighting on.

Why? because Maito Gai was ordered to stop naruto from entering the war.

Naruto's Limits: Naruto can not use any of the 9-tail's chakra. Also He can not use any lethal techniques, can't remove any of gai's essential parts such as legs or arms.

Gai's Limits: He can not use any lethal techniques, can't remove any of Naruto's essential parts such as legs or arms, can use any gate except the 8th gate.

Honestly with Gai's extraneous conditions it would be Naruto but if he was able to surmount these conditions and fight with lethal force it probably be Gai.

please leave two answers one with conditions on both and on one with just naruto's conditions.

if naruto cant use sm or any of his kyuubi chakra then gai wins low-mid dif even with no gates
