I actually like both. I don't think it's fair to call the English voice actors bad when they've got awesome actors like Liam O'Brien and Steve Blum.
And I must say there are some Japanese voices I just can't stand at all. Sakura, Shikamaru, Gaara and Orochimaru (why does he sound like the Japanese Godfather?) for instance.
But it's generally less cheesy in Japanese, so that's a huge plus of course.
