Naruto-verse's Worst Leaders

This list is not just about how they lead in their own village , but how they are with other villages also.

1. Danzo: this fool, sat underground and watched his people and Hokage get killed, also caused a unjustified (We have not seen the Uchiha's side of the story) genocide. Associated with people like Hanzo and Oro.

2. Ay: instead of focusing on his own people and making them strong, he almost caused 4th shinobi war.

3. Konoha Elders/ Chiyo and etc.. You already know why I hope

4. Hanzo: Basically a little downgraded version of Danzo. Instead of making peace.. caused war in his own country

5. (Old) Hiruzen Sarutobi: Let Danzo and the counsel have too much power.. Stayed too calm.... Basically showed bad leadership after Minato's death.

Exactly. Danzo and elders out ruled Hiruzen, he can't stop them. They were the advisors and Anbu leader/Foundation people after all.

. errr. Root was Banned by Hiruzen , but was kept intact by Danzo.

Anbu leader = The Leader of all the ninjas in the village aka the Hokage

Key word i used with Hiruzen is "OLD". In his second term.. he was too calm. Those 2 became advisors due to Hiruzen.. soo your point is?

#2 makes 0 sense. Lol don't even associate him with those people on this list. By your logic, tsunade should be there as well. Letting a 16 year old boy convince you to let a criminal run loose. I don't care who the hell naruto is, or what village he saved. You are an adult, he hasn't lives long enough, and led enough people to make critical decisions like that. Smh letting kids run your village for you. The one tiny bit of respect for danzo I had, was that he immediately dealt with sasuke as soon as he became temporary hokage.

. Talking about Leaders...... He had the whole Jounins on his side....only the jounin outrule the Hokage..... not some advisors...

First of all.. Sasuke became a criminal when ? oh yes when he joined the Akatsuki. Before it was just "Rescue Sasuke"... lmao.. atleast use the right things dudes..


Last time i checked Naruto went on missions given by Tsunade.. And Tsunade bossed that niqqa...

He immediately dealt with Sasuke cause he had joined the Akatsuki then..... not when Tsunade was alive.. also he knew about Danzo and Oro.
