So Naruto-verse vs the Titans from "Attack on Titans". No Madara/Hashirama/SO6P for Naruto-verse.

I know its not really fair, since we have not been introduce to the big time titans. but still, the armored titan is pretty raw.

Who do you think would win? Will the ninjas be able to wipe out the titans?

Ninja's also shoot Fireballs, Water Bullets, Giant Boulders, Wind Waves and Lightning from their Fingers.... Yeah, Titan's Lose... Easily.

Even if the Titan's are larger, they are outsped and aren't very elementally apt...

the narutoverse characters easily defeat large beast summonings, the titans are no big threat for such an OP people

That's just one scenario, a lot of possible ways to defeat the titans. Also Kakashi kamui to the head, and amaterasu (enton) would easily defeat the titans. XD
