1 ms Obito(lvl 65) shouldn't be able to beat 8th gate guy (lvl 100, perfect iv's) yet can.

Kage (lvl 85 on average) should comfortably or high diff beat sick itachi(lvl 60) but because of his hax moveset( the equivalent of a speed boost blaziken) he can sweep.

Think if 1 MS Obito as a Ghost/Dragon type and 8 Gate Gai as a fighting/fire type
The matchup is bad

^^^^ I cna make up excuses for any ranking system, that however, doesn't cancel off the fact that Naruto-verse indeed does have a ranking system , that is based on power, in that universe. Only exceptions have been the main characters. I already have proved my point on this in previous posts.

The ranking system can't be based on power since the position are appointed by voted. Meaning based on others opinions not a tournament for leadership.

They voted for Hashirama because he was more respected and trusted among the citizens, they loved Hashirama.

Because in the shinobi world if youa re more known = more strength... lol the whole world is based on power. Know any famous characters that are as famous as Hashirama during his time? Me neither.


ROFLLLLL Tsunade would've wiped the floor with Kakashi when she got selected to be Hokage. He was like a kid to them.

Ok tell me this. What makes sure that Hashirama / Madara are on another level from someone like Shisui/itachi/trollkage (2nd mizukage)? nothing... Zilch

I don't care for versus battle one bit but really? If that's what you believe.. As long as you don't try to feed that to versus thread lovers maybe you will survive. :|

The thread maker is complaining about the fact NAruto has nothing that determines who is top teir who isn't. And the thread isn't focused on the manga , cause i have no problem claiming Sakura to be above all akatsuki right now except Nagato. But can i prove it? no. Why? Because kishimoto neither shows the feats , and he neither has a base in the manga, that can allow me to say "alrighty since she is top teir , she automatically has enhance _______, which already makes her on her level.

And why is that problem even? The manga is about conflicting morals and ideals in the back ground of war. Not a game about who is the top dog.

OP shows feats for almost all characters, and that makes it easy, you say.... OP versus thread arguments negate your claim.

As for Sakura being on akatsuki... Akatsuki members had quite typical powers and to which they took maximum advantage of. You will have a tough time making their list among themselves with known feats, let alone Sakura.

Your post seems to be as if you are getting defensive because i brought up something that NAruto-verse is missing, but everyone else has.

Is that the best defense you could come up with to defend the basic flaws in your argument? Reply the points I posted if you can and wish to. If you want to play Dr phill .. whatever.

Sure it didn't show Hashirama breaking free of genjutsu but that only means two things- either Madara was too stupid and forgot to use it in any of his countless battles with him or Hashi had strong enough chakra to release himself. Seeing the fights both had and they way Hashi could control all nine beasts I'm inclined to believe later but if you want to go with Madara being an idiot and forgetful about his genjutsu ability , that too is fine by me. ^^

You will never be sure about a versus battle. All the opponent needs is one good day and greatest fighter would slip and fall on his own sword and cut his throat. Ask that dead Raikage.

0 feats from Dragon. But its already predicted Dragon can wipe the floor with people like Luffy. Why? Because we already know he has strong ass haki.



Here is the thing, you are confusing your non-interest in the fighting part of naruto with, "why does it matter to others". Just like you believe NAruto is about morals and etc, it is also about action and fighting.

I can quite casual make a list of strongest to weakest Akatsuki. All ninja specialize in something.

Clearly i already know Hashirama >> Itachi. However, that does not mean kishimoto has a base in the manga that allows me to say that. Only thing that allows me to say that is that he is the "god of shinobi" who is on a mountain buster level. But my point is based on you claiming "he has strong enough chakra to break it".. MAnga doesn't state that anywhere or does it show it.

My question: Why can i not discuss about this, witout the " Not a game about who is the top dog." ? Is there anything wrong with discussing this? We aren't bashing kishimoto. No manga is perfect.... Its a simple discussion.
