This is not a world map, but a map of a couple of countries. There must be hundreds of islands and countries in our world, the real world. So is NV limited to just the ones here or is it more? theory's

It has to be bigger. you cant see the left border of the wind and iron country so automatically it has to be bigger. there has to be some type of coast or another country on the rest of the western side of the map and that just off of first glance

Exactly! I mean, i think naruto verse next generation(god willing) will be like avatar new series where it advances in industrialization, and new country's are introduced.
