Yea there's a taijutsu fight after the initial clash, he holds his own, plus they show him doing a rasenrengan in base, which I'm pretty sure he didn't do in the manga

Edit: animation was better than obito vs kakashi IMO but that's me

I meant the barrage though, after he's able to make clones in the anime fight his actual self has one rasengan in each hand, which is the barrage(iirc) and his 2 clones have one each(again iirc) I only got to see it before work this morning

Bro everything was just perfect, the OST was timed perfectly, animation was beyond everything we've ever seen in Naruto, it beats both Madara vs Alliance and Kakashi vs Obito. The level of detail in both the characters and the backgrounds was amazing for such a fast paced fight and the color... bruh...

And yes! The fight has a lot of new scenes that make it no-diff the BEST FIGHT in Naruto! More Taijutsu, more Ninjutsu, better coreography, more emotional investment, DUDE. YOU. NEED. TO. WATCH. THIS.

I'm at work so haven't watched it yet either, but all I've been hearing is how good it was drawn, animated, and the extra additional jutsu that weren't used in the manga are displayed here.

Sounds like SP threw in the 6 paths jutsu in addition to ninjutsu and taijutsu to lay the smackdown on Naruto....something I think we all expected to see in the manga.
I'm psyched to watch it when I get home.
