Naruto v. Sasuke

So many threads about one being stronger than the other, especially Sasuke over Naruto due to the recent spoiler...

But if the battle was simply,

Naruto v. Sasuke without SO6P powers

I'm almost certain that it would end in a tie...OR Naruto would win because he always SOMEHOW manages to surprise everyone with some kind of strategy, whether it be dumb or not...
But I'd bet on the tie

this latest chapter showed us that if you take away the rinnegan, sharingan, and bijuu powers from naruto and sasuke, they are pretty much dead even in their base forms.
