Black people are obviously pretty neglected in anime and Japanese culture. The few of them that do exist though are brutal and basically badasses. What i'm interested in knowing is, of all anime- is there any black character or- enough characters of strength to pose current Naruto a run for his money. Interesting experiment.

It was a joke man haha. Also Uub is the reincarnation of Kid Buu, a wish that was granted by Goku's wish from the Namekian Dragon IIRC.
He faced off with Goku on the very last chapter/episode of DBZ. Goku faced him in Base, but he could sense his enormous strength. After Goku repeatedly teased him to witness some of his power. He had to tell the kid he was sorry & to calm down because he could actually hurt Goku. Goku takes him as an apprentice & Leaves his family again. Good ol Goku :lol

Edit:So to summarize He's lacking in feats, but he's the reincarnation of a galaxy buster/God slayer
