Lee never had the opportunity to change the world, as he was only interested in becoming acknowledged for his abilities as a Shinobi. He was and remains to be truly selfless. Naruto just wants attention.

-Naruto was viewed as a monster by everyone in the village and shunned with little reason. That dwafrfs Lee being shunned for lack of justu as nobody went out of their way o avoid him like they did naruto.

-After coming so far in his belief of protecting others and enduring. Naruto was distrught over his village being destored and his friends killed in his presence. He still grew to endure it and findthe resolve to end the curse of hatred and shape the ninja world.

Everyone would be distraught after such an incident. in fact everyone was... but only Naruto was asked to train in at Mt. Myobuko

-Despite his parents and teachers he was still viewed in a bad light. It was only until shippuden and the war arc did he receive recognition from everyone in his village

Again, he wants to be a ninja yet he wants to be recognized. wtf?

-Naruto Surpasses everyone in the village in terms of pure chakra reserves, tenacity, and will.

-Lee would of let Neji's death break him just like how that injury from gaara almost broke him.

There are no if's. He either let it break him or it didnt and we all know what happened because hes still fighting today. No one else in the entire NV went thru a more physical traumatic event

-Lee couldn't walk a mile in Naruto's shoes when he was a kid.
We know this how? The resolve it takes to continue to pursue being a ninja despite the fact that everyone you know saying its impossible its unimaginable. I can list a thousand analogies.

-Lee had Gai early on.

Lee had Gai around the same respective age Naruto had Iruka and Kakashi

-Naruto had Iruka, but he didn't acknowledge him until he took that shuriken to the back. Not to mention Iruka didn't teach Naruto anything near as useful as 8 Gates in terms of techniques.

8 gates is a double edged sword. Its a Forbidden Jutsu, Gai only taught Lee because of Lee's resolve. Naruto wanted to be a ninja to be acknowledged not to solely perform acts of espionage and assasinations. Im sure Naruto wouldve never even became a ninja had he got the attention he so desired as a kid

I know, even Obito's plan made more sense, at least he'd get to have Rin back, and everyone would be happy. But what's Sasuke's solution to any problem? Murder, murder, and you guessed it, murder. Honestly, what would wiping out the Leaf had done anyway? His family would still be dead, it'd make no difference, besides, look where he ended up the last time he achieved vengeance.
