Number 4 and actually 1 but its nice for a first try, you just need more technical knowledge regarding the software you are using.

Do you want some advice ?

Don't resize the image, resize the canvas and then you scale the image in order to fit otherwise they will look stretched. Just keep practicing and eventually you will get it done.
