Well besides what is mentioned I really can't think of anything. I don't know nothing about nothing when it comes to shading and such, but is there any way to add natural highlights or sorts? Dark brown or opposite shade of orange?

I think its pretty cool for a rough draft.

Thanks, This is my first coloring with actual shading, so I was focusing on that more than the other features I guess. xD

LOL man, you forgot to shade the actual parts. like his neck, his nose and his hair. you should shade the crossed lines on his neck, nose and hair with a dark color, then it will be perfect. and here is a tip for shading hair, use pen tool instead of a brush. here is my version of the pic:
