Tobi and Madara. There at there prime and they have way more experience. We don't really know what Sasuke is currently capable of yet either so we wouldn't know if he would be able to stand his ground against a legendary uchiha and a mysterious yet powerful masked man. Plus we haven't seen what Tobi can really do. All we've seen are the bijuu fight. Nothing from him yet.
