I think Naruto will become Hokage once the war is over but he will eventually become the supreme ruler of the 5 nations. I think the current kages will step down for him because he was basically saving the world while they were fodderized by Madara.

As for Sasuke he will pull a Madara once Naruto becomes supreme ruler and tell him the same thing Madara said to Hashi thus starting the final fight between the two of them (which would be the most epic fight in Naruto history)=D

I dont think naruto would be a "supreme ruler", Because you know that much power would corrupt anyone :| also the final battle would determine the fate of the Bijuu's. so yeah

he will awaken the Rinnegan with Naruto's passing and kiss and one shot Madara before killing himself b/c he could't protect his one true love
