Mostly People can only have 2 Elements. But Since Naruto Has Mastered the Sage mode and Taken control over Kyuubi, It might be possible.

No dude he has fire naturally, Kakashi taught him how to use chidori due to his sharingan. Then once sasuke left he continued that training either on his own or with Oro.

Dude u can only copy attack that u have the ability to do, hence the reason he will never be able to copy the futon rasenshuriken. So kakashi is limited to copying attacks he has the ability to, that is why especially kekki-genkki cannot be copied by the uchiha.
