There is a pattern to Naruto's upgrades, its always something his predecessors have shown but taken to a higher level,
For instance:
Sage Mode, Introduced by Jiraya and when Naruto got it he perfected it.
Rasengan, Introduced by Jiraya and Naruto eventually took it to another level the Rasen Shuriken.
Bijuu Mode and TBB, Introduced by Killer Bee and when Naruto got it he can create TBB in his human form despite a character noting that its impossible.
Chakra Transfer Tech, introduced by many but when Naruto got it he took it to a level above his father.
I am guessing that his next upgrade will be some kind of sealing tech (from order of elimination).
Considering he is fighting the 10 tails he may be able to temporarily bind one of the limbs (maybe with Chakra Chains) of the 10 tails down while others try to fight it, it won't succeed but it would be a continuation of this pattern.
