So I am a huge UNS fan and I've had all 4 games released to this date with some DLC I got for UNS3.
Now there are some things I would like to address to see what everyone else thinks.
Firstly: Storymode
Story mode was okay. I didn't mind it , except for extremely lengthy cutscenes. The fights etc after the initial story was completed is fun, adds value to the game for sure.
I definitely think this is overlooked as part of the UNS3 package.
Free Battles:
Survival.. Wtf it isn't even survival anymore. I can go forever because of the amount of HP we get.
Individual Characters
Some characters are unnecessary and some are actually unusable online....
Taijutsu ( Circle combos / B combos (xbox i think ) some start so slow.. or have such ridiculous range you can't hit anyone with it. EXAMPLE : Sarutobi/Oro their range for beginning a combo is heinous where pain or kisame's is insane! Balance the game for goodness sake.
Jutsu / Awakening Jutsu - anyone ever played against the 7 tails in awakened mode and beat it?..... Its absolutely ridiculous. Most jutsu / attacks cant even hit it.
Kid lee... First of all why is he in this game? Second he's RIDICULOUSLY OP. His speed/range/power are insane! not to say you can't beat him but it's extremely hard online with INPUT DELAY.
Kid Gaara - I use him but he's a ridiculous character as well. His combos are extremely fast and ranged. Not to mention they can hit any supports easily with just O attacks. In his awakening he can break any guard with one sand shower.. JEEZ.
Gaara- As the kazekage you'd think his combos would be better. The delay after using gaara's initial taijutsu is ridiculous if guarded. You have no choice but to sub or take a beating... That being said his range (wide) is great but.. The risk really isn't worth it.
Hanzo/Mifune- I love them but he is OP im sad to say or on par I guess. Mifune's awakening jutsu.. takes 2 sub logs? what!? and his jutsu's range is just ridiculous. Not fair for the speed it comes at you with. Both their taijutsu is extremely fast and well ranged.
Minato..- I know minato is a great character but using flying raijin level 2 gives him invulnerability for way too long.. I've tried landing jutsu, support jutsu and UJ before his invulnerability was gone and all missed..And his taijutsu sucks. This really only leaves his cheap awakening.
Suigetsu/Jugo/Karin- Improve these damn characters... Suigetsu is useless without his awakening. His taijutsu is so slow and has worse range than the third hokage.
Karin.. Who uses her? NO ONE BECAUSE NO REASON TO
Jugo is all right but.. Why use him when Sakura/Tsunade are just better versions?
Also why not give them a DLC of being in the akatsuki like taka sasuke?... Give them some flavour.
The First/ 2nd Hokage - They're so bad...... Tobirama's jutsu / awakening water shield is good but... Wth? Taijutsu is ridiculously slow and UJ's don't fit the hokage at all. They're so simple. Yamato could do the 1st's and Zabuza could manage the 2nd's.
BE CREATIVE!!
For instance im so dissapointed with Itachi's combos. Why not give him a sword like in his genjutsu. Why not give his crows a black/white aura symbolizing his genjutsu .. Itachi doesn't just TURN into crows, ITS GENJUTSU! Incorporate Amaterasu/Susanoo like his character actually uses!!
Nagato... Omg for the things he could do his combos are mimicing pain for gods sake. he has so many more powers in the manga yet no creativity.
Jiraiya.. Why is his jutsu rasengan? HE HAS SO MANY MORE! Turns him into crap. His UJ being rasengan ok i understand but wow.. Why his jutsu? Whys there no enhanced jutsu either?!
Tsunade... Man giving her a swimsuit but no outfit when she first met naruto? The grey outfit... COME ON.
Orochimaru- I understand the creativity because his hands are sealed but why not give him an akatsuki outfit? He WAS Part of the akatsuki you know...
Yagura- OMG His combos are horrendous. HE FIGHTS WITH A STICK!!! HE WAS THE MIZUKAGE.. Come on! Be creative.
Sai - Remember when Sai stomped sasori and deidara with his super god like people jutsu? WHY IS THAT NOT HIS UJ? That would be epic.
Kimimaro- he was reanimated too you know............
Chiyo/Sasori - ^^
Kabutomaru- WHY IS HE SO BAD.... So you could make SM Kabuto ? -.-
Kiba-.. Cheapest character in the whole game. His awakening is WAY too powerful.
Graphical Problems..- If you guys take a look at UNS2 the graphics are smoother and better looking. WHY DID THEY DOWNGRADE UNS3? And now in FB They're upgrading them back to what they were. SMD CC2
and finally...
WHY DID YOU REMOVE COMBOS FROM EVERYONE!? NEJI'S FORWARD COMBO SCREAMED NEJI... IT WAS PERFECT.

PS: I actually prefer substituting with chakra more than freaking sub bars. More realistic and more strategy involved. -.-
