Im sure i've heard and seen trailers of playing as the previous kages 'Muu' etc, and ive also seen trailers and scrrenshots of different Sasuke/Sakura costumes, How do you get all these?

Nah, it's been confirmed that they are only playable in the story mode, so no online availability.

You have no proof of this statement! So Why say it if its not fact, next time state its only your theory prick. I would enjoy this DLC but i dont see it becoming true. My opinion they'll just be more alternative costumes with different jutsus hopefully but looking at character selection screen i dont see room for more characters but marvel vs. capcom had there menu filled with no extra space but still did it so we'll see.

The costumes are bonuses for preordering the game I believe.

Edo Kage aren't playable, unfortunately. It was false advertising on Namco-Bandai's part. They might be released as DLC, just wait and see.

The different costumes you may be referring to are the preorder DLC costumes (such as Kimono Sasuke, Samurai Naruto, and Academy Sakura).
