There's a hello kitty sakura, quite an unecessary dlc but you get the point. I don't think copyright would be such a big deal, they just suck on ideas.

how bout PTS Oro (combos), PTS Tsunade Costume ... Itachi without his akatsuki outfit (not anbu) uhh hmm dlc..
Id pay for a obito costume for tobi ... dragon sage mode kabuto i mean wtf. Zabuzas old outfit maybe? Mangetsu for sure, i like him as a character. tbh the anbu costumes did it for me. All i want now is a better orochimaru or new costumes other than sannin for him (but i was very pleased with this )
