Naruto UNS 2 Question: Ubisoft?!

As i was looking at images of the upcoming game i found the cover for the 360 version:

You must be registered for see images

But then i found a image of the disc:

You must be registered for see images

And my first reaction was this:

"Ubisoft?!" If you take a look at the disc image you can clearly see the Ubisoft logo on the disc.

So why is the Ubisoft logo on the UNS 2 game disc?

Has it something to do with Ubisoft having the rights to make Naruto games for the 360, but has cooperated with Namco Bandai and Cyberconnect 2 on the releasing rights or something?

I tried to search for UNS 2 + Ubisoft at the net, but i couldn`t find an answer to why the Ubisoft logo is on the disc.

I was not sure wheter to post this thread in the Question/Suggestion forum, Naruto/RP question forum, or here, but I`ll try my luck here considering this forum has to do with games.

Anyone who knows? Is it a fake Image or?

Looks fake. The drawing of Naruto is pretty different than he normally appears.

Well it could be special made for the game, like some games has. For instance Tekken 6 has an image at the inside of the cover.
But it`s probably fake, nicely done though
