So I came to a understanding that Naruto Sage Of Senjutsu mode has to be the ultimate / Mastery of Natural energy.
Naruto is like a Vacuum and he interacts with the flow of Nature around him, this may explain why he glows that way.
Sage Chakra seems to come from the spirit and this is why it's so pure. The energy that flows around Narutoverse is there but no one can't seem to see it or know how to interact with it. Ninshuu may be the usage of Natural Energy. Think about it, Madara had stated that the Shinju was displease that his Chakra was stolen from him, this is why it was trying to get its Chakra back. Hagoromo may had come to an understanding of this and try to fix the problem, this is when he derived the technique to use Natural Energy and taught other people how to share it through what he calls "Ninshuu". Ninshuu forms from the spiritual energy / Nature Energy. The bigger the person will is, the stronger his / her Ninshuu is. The bigger the cooperation the stronger the Ninshuu is. It was stated the Juubi Nature energy was limitless, but Naruto Nature energy is limitless as well as he's able to give life and form to anything. He is like a walking Nature Energy. He's able to interact within the Nature energy and tap into it without having the trouble of concentrating to receive Nature energy. This might also explain why Naruto doesn't have those Sage mode circles around his eye. When Naruto gave life to Gai that could of been the art of Ninshuu, what Madara misunderstood that he gave Gai Nature energy which resulted of restoration of his Chakra channel.
