I say counter a dash with your own dash. I think the best supports in the game are sakon and kidomaru

No Oonoki and Gaara There sub eaters and if you get close and use Gaara they have to black or get hit and Oonoki can clear people off of you when you have no subs

Yeah but don't rely on supports to get people to stop dashing at you. A chakra dash is countered by another chakra dash. So if you see them dash at you try and match their dash as quick as possible.
