I found this game on this awesome site but i want to know if the software is a microsoft program cause i seriously need it on my laptop. Its an ISO file and I do not know what device uses ISO files. Here's the link

Yeah it's for PC. ISO files are burned to a disc.

i know a pretty good site you can use try kat.ph theres a comment section aswel where people who already downloaded the game give their review or ways to fix in game problems

After downloading it, since it's an ISO file, you have to mount it. To do that, download a ISO mounting program. I used DAEMON Tools Lite. So, wait for Naruto to finish downloading, which might take a few hours since it's 7.5 GB. Then open up DAEMON Tools Lite, then click on "Add Image". When it opens the file explorer to add image, add the Naruto .iso file. The one that has a lot of GB. Once that's pulled up in DAEMON Tools Lite (mine says it's called rld-nashulni.iso), right click on it and click on "Mount". Once it's mounted, it should automatically install the game. If not, after it's mounted, go to Computer (Start -> Computer) and there should say that Naruto is on the BD-ROM Drive G: (at least it was for me)

Then just let it install onto your computer. That's how you install ISO files.
