as of now awakening is kyubi mode but ultimate jutsu is bijuu mode, for the story it goes to where the four kages are revived but before the five kages go in to action with madara, and where sasuke and itachi fight kabutomaru.

as of right now BM is only a UJ. Judging from the last chapter achievement in the( avenger on the move) and another achievement dealing with this chapter( hero of the ninja world), i believe the game will go as far as edo tensei being released.
