If the game ends with the five kage maybe they can make some dlc's

i thought the same thing, they won't make a storm 4 just for orochimaru getting resurrected, obito vs kakashi gai bee and naruto --tobi getting unmasked, the result of madara vs the 5 kage-- tsunades fate, juubi getting unleashed, juubi vs kakashi gai bee naruto -- eventually alliance, to sasuke finding the one who knows everything, sasuke joining the fray, stopping the ten tails, final battle against villains, final battle against sasuke.

storm 3 will probably have an add on dlc to the story hopefully or they make storm 4 start from part 1 to the end of part 2. but that would be wayyyy too much for me man
