Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 is still the best Naruto game because the storymode gameplay is much better, got most boss battles....
And everything was new at that time....

There is no yellow substition bar.
There was a extra combo which they removed in the newer games...

The newer games have a lot more characters so thats a major+, but thats the only thing whats better about it....

Debatable....the newer versions were basically meant for better strategy. In storm 2 one can simply sub as long as they have chakra so that's all it took to win. Substitution bar makes you preserve it and punishes you if you don't.
I do agree that the combo thing is stupid
Story wise storm 1 was best

I concur! I mainly use Shippuden Sakura but Genin Sakura is OP! Them traps!

In terms of the ultimate jutsu Storm 1 blows them all out of the water
