Ultimate Ninja had some of the best ultimate jutsu in Naruto games IMHO.

One of the best parts is the team jutsu from NUN5

My favs are definitely Sasuke/Orochimaru and Itachi/Kisame.

He's usually used as a target because he's mute before his reveal in the manga/anime.

The older storm games had the best orocumaru move set.
He was pretty much garbage in the ultimate storm series.
