Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 5 release in USA?

I just read somewhere that for some reason Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 5 is not coming to USA, but they didn't mention the reason. Does anyone know the reason for this? I really wanted it to come to USA, but it would be fine for me if they give a reason why they are not releasing it in the USA. I searched all around, but can't find any specific reason. If you guys have any ideas, please let me know.

It is probably due to lack of sales or something like that.

More then likely sales or namco just decided theyd screw us over with another unreleased game >.>
