Im on the part where shizune sent the wrong letters to the wrong countries but you are supposed to catch the bird who has the letters.

you do shurriken mode and shoot the bird.
then you the letter hits the ground and you go pick it up.

you have to shoot where it is going not where it is,also you should jump on top of the village gate then go into shuriken mode

Wait in a spot that the bird flies near over. Watch for intervals and strike it at the right time. I suggest the building where Kakashi stands on reading his book. to the right of Ichiraku

the mission are to easy but i still liked it

that mission is too easy but this is what i would do
i go find that stinking bird and have him in eye sight and keep tapping circle until you hit him
