yeah you get killer bee at 530k SP and minato(4th hokage) is 580k if im not wrong then the new character lars is 600k, i can just say MINATO FTW

You need a certain number of storm points (SP).

You don't have to do that, all you have to do is get enough storm points. I had Lars well before I did Grandpa Gen's challenges.

well i got them all by doing the granpa gen's challanges no wait with him i got lars and when i beat all the fake dolls is when i got sasuke taka (tata) w/e and kb and minato

Bro that's because your storm points were high enough at that moment. That's all. You could've got them all playing free or online battle too.

Oh? well you did it differently so that's why you know that dude i did my way u did it urs my friend sergio did the same thing i did but idk how he got minato maybe he had to many points and got minato by defeating a fake doll but idk he has 360

Killer Bee 540 000 SP + Doll collecting quest completed and also the follow up that comes after that.
Minato (Fourth Hokage) 580 000 SP
You get all the characters with sertain amount of SP points. Achieving 999 999 is very easy and doesen't take much time eighter. Just complete the boring and crappy story and like someone said, try to have the highest difficulty as possible. Will be challenging to start of with Super Hard but hard should do just fine for starters (did for me atleast).

I've no idea where people are getting this idea that doing it on super hard is the best way to get sp, it's really not, just go free single battle, not team, set it to super easy, beat down the comp and finish him with an ultimate, if you can do that in 20 seconds or less without loosing any health, thats an instant 9000+ sp, it's easy, really easy
