ok i gotta a great naruto question

ok if he was traveling with jiraiya for 3 years now how come naruto don't know how to talk to women like a boss because jiraiya can go to a woman that hates his guts and with a lil sweet talk he is off doing "research" i mean you get my point how come naruto no boss when it comes to women until a lot later after the battle with pain with several female characters thinking about him. in fact ino said she could fall for him.

You see, it´s all about Kishimoto, he`s quite a moron with women of all sorts and kinds, so it all comes down to what he does. There isn´t a single character in Naruto in which i don´t detect a visible clumpsyness regarding inter-personal realtionships, they`re all geeky freaks.
