Hello and welcome this is the finals of the Naruto tournament. I wanted to create a tournament in which people can vote for who they think would win and who people truly think is the strongest shinobi in this tournament. I was considering not putting in super ninjas such as itachi and and minato then i decided why not. Any way every character will be put up against another and procede to the next stage. The way it works is that you can put in mulitple votes but PLEASE DO NOT PLACE VOTES FOR BOTH NINJAS IN THE SAME BATTLE etc naruto vs sasuke and you put in a vote for both to win. Also give reasons if you have any:
