Well the uzumaki technique is a sage of 6 paths technique so probably about the same level whose the one who did the technique in the panel.

According to the data book, they are bascially the same thing. However, what makes them different is the user. Naruto utilize the Sealing Technique through his Key Seal via Five Element Sealing Technique. Hashirama used the Sealing Technique through entering Sage Mode.

What may confuse people is Kurama alluding Naruto's usage to the Sage of Six Path, when they are no connections of either Naruto's nor Hashirama's usage of the technique.

From my understanding that came with the seal put on naruto not a ability he has and naruto mom is the one to bind the kyuubi not him

Yes it's from the seal that was placed in him but I figured that he can control the seals and how they are used. His mom couldn't use it on the kyuubi during the tug of war battle, she was only able to pin the kyubi with chakra chains.

Yeah I know about that about kushina part, I think the only thing naruto inherited from the uzumaki was high life force, but since many of those techniques are taught naruto could learn them
