Naruto: top 3 or not

Is there anyone else who can beat him.
So, IMO (Excluding So6p, c'mon we can't include him) Naruto is the 3rd Strong shinobi ever... EVER! what do ya think?​

we havent seen madara much but i personally would put naruto above him for the time being. things always come and go so after the excitment dies down a bit things will get clearer.
